Mental Health Awareness – Promoting Understanding and Compassion

For people who suffer from mental health conditions, there are many hurdles to overcome. Having the support of loved ones is critical, but so too is being able to talk openly about their condition. In the meantime, we should encourage everyone to take steps to advocate for improved mental health policies and increased funding, as well as to seek out self-care practices. These actions can have a powerful impact on the overall wellbeing of our communities.
