MEPs are expressing concern over the “catastrophic” humanitarian crisis in Gaza and are urging the EU to take action. They also are urging the Ukrainian government to keep up its pace on implementing reforms and reaffirming support for a peace process in Colombia. MEPs are also pushing for a new stand-alone post-2027 agriculture budget and changes to the EU carbon border adjustment mechanism. MEPs are also pushing for greater security protections for travellers through a new package travel directive and the reorganisation of EU circularity rules.
